Finding the right Network Marketing Company is like slipping into a perfectly fitting boot. It will feel comfortable and provide the support you need to take the necessary steps to success Like the song says, ‘those boots will take you walking'. One of those days those boots will take you walking down the highway to big, big success.

Imagine stepping into an ill-fitted boot. From the outside, the boot looks beautiful. But as your foot slides into the boot your toes squeeze against the ridgit leather wall as if they were in prison. It does not take much for your sensitive heel to form a blister. Each step causes distress. Although the boot is beautiful, it is not a match for you. It goes against the natural shape of your living soul.

So an ill-suited Network marketing company will cause pain and frustration. You will be fighting an up hill battle. Instead of building your business, your will be tending to your wounds. You will ask yourself “What is wrong with me? Why can’t I do this business?”

6 Key Points in Finding a Network Marketing Company

Company integrity. There is a simple way to evaluate a Network Marketing company’s integrity. They will tell you! That’s right, it’s written in their Policies and Procedures. Read them before you sign. Make sure it is poison free. This is a contract, please understand the rules so that this company will not terminate you and steal your check. Does the P&P protect the distributor or the company? Watch out for the terms like ongoing training, ongoing recruiting, ongoing selling. Rod Cook, the MLM watch dog will tell you never join any company that has more than 30 pages of polices and procedures.

Company management experience. The leaders of your company must have true Network Marketing experience. Is the leader a suit or have they built a downline? Healthy companies understand what it takes to be successful from the bottom up. They have been in the trenches and understand what the distributor goes through.

Compensation plan. There are a number of reasons why Network Marketers join different companies before they find the right fit. One reason is Network Marketers fail to understand that the structure of the compensation plan drives the behavior in the field. For an example, a choleric personality does best in a stair step breakaway plan. This plan promotes selling and recruiting, something that is very natural for a choleric to do. Your personality needs to match the type of compenstion plan for true success. The compensation plan has to be one where average part time people can make money. Look for a company the pays on volume and allows you to go wide and deep without breakage.

System for success. A step by step action plan that average people can follow is vital. An updated system of success includes up line support, training communication skills, teaching team support and implementing duplication. The process involves self improvement, personal growth, positive thinking and self talk.

Products.. The company needs to have more than one product. The products must be remarkable and stand out from the crowd. It must be reasonable priced and must be sold retail to friends and family. It must be consumable so that folks can reorder.

Timing in the industry. It's important to look at the company's timing in the industry and your timing with that company.

When a person finds the right fitted company and they use updated skills, success will be theirs. Research and educate yourself about this business. There is wealth in education and knowledge is powerful.

Finding prospects who have the same philosophy of life, similar vision and desires as you can increase your effectiveness for Network Marketing Success. The secret in prospecting is not in convincing people, but in sorting people. You can save a lot of time by qualifying your prospects. And by being selective you can eliminate heartaches and frustration.

First let's take a look at what qualities a prospect must have to be a Network Marketer. Intelligence? A MBA degree from Harvard University? An outstanding salesperson? How about a person with a positive attitude? NO.

Your prospect really only needs two important qualities. Desire and Time Commitment.

Desire: Please do not confuse desire with need. Your prospect may need an extra paycheck, time freedom or a better quality of life. But unless they desire to get out and do something about it you will be spending endless hours reprogram needy people. People who have a desire to change their lives will be looking for ways to improve themselves and their lifestyle.

Time Commitment: Everyone is given 24 hour each day. What you are looking for in prospecting is someone who will set aside x amount of time every week to work the Network Marketing business. Perhaps this means your prospect will have to eliminate watching their favorite television show or sports game in order to build their business. It is a commitment but they will reap the rewards later.

So now that we know the qualities of the right prospect, it's easy to find out if they qualify by asking them two questions.

'Do you want to earn some extra money?'

and

'Are you willing to set aside 6-10 hours( or what ever it takes) per week?'

Then just listen to their answers to determine if they qualify.
The quality of your business reflects the quality of your questions asked. The magic is not in the question but in their answer. Pay close attention to what your prospect says and how your prospect says it. It will give you clues if your prospect has the desire and is willing to make a time commitment. Prospecting is about them not you. It is when the prospect is looking for what you have to offer that they become a prospect.

Learning what to look for in a business partner can increase your Network Marketing success. Building a team of people who have a desire and have made a commitment to spend x amount of time building their business will strength your team. This way you do not have to keep building your down line over and over and over again.

Where did the year go and what did you accomplished in your Network Marketing Business?

It is 2006. A new year is beginning. Network Marketers can use this time to reflect on the past, evaluate the present and plan for the future.

It can be a chance to evaluate where you are, and where you want to be in the year ahead.

Many Network Marketers set goals for the coming year.

I would like to suggest before you write down your goals for 2006, ask yourself ‘do I have an “I can” attitude?’

Your attitude can be your best friend or your worse enemy.

An “I Can” attitude is powerful and invigorating. Starting today, if you want to change where you are, change your attitude.

Begin by changing what you think and what you say. You can choose to leave behind the old ugly feelings or any thing else you do not want in your life. You can choose to change and replace those feeling with new up lifting ones like patience and confidence.

An “I Can” attitude can be the difference between the person who accomplishes and the person that does not.

The other choice you have is to continue to do what you have always done. But remember you will continue to get what you always gotten.

So to change your rewards in life, you must have an “I can” attitude.

After all, when it is all said and done, it is really up to you. The only change that really matters is a change of heart.

Life is precious so enjoy it every step of the way.

Once people understand what Network Marketing business plan can offer, they get excited. These folks usually are looking for a better future, an opportunity, time freedom and financial success.

Why is Network Marketing so powerful?

The wealthiest people in the world and Network Marketers know the secret to creating true wealth. They have been focusing on it for hundreds of years. They understanding the difference between linear and recurring income.

Recurring income is when you do the work just once and you get paid over and over again. An example would be rock stars, best-selling authors, inventors, actors, commercial real estate developers and Network Marketers. They do the job once and get paid over and over again. They build something that will keep churning out the income, whether they are managing it or not.

Linear income is when you trade time for money. Most people have been trained to work for someone else. They work for wages. When they stop working, their paycheck stops. Linear income only continues as long as you contine to work.

Are your thoughts stopping you from having success in Network Marketing?

Thoughts are made up of our belief system. We choose and form judgments based on beliefs we have collected over the years. We have attitudes, ideas and opinions of ourselves and others. We have been conditioned to think and act a certain way.

All our life experiences have led us to believe certain things. Whether these things are true or not, to our brain it really does not matter. If we accept the idea as truth than for us it is truth.

The challenge is to dig in your heels and ask yourself ‘what do you believe and why?’

Pick yourself apart. Is it truth? Question your belief system.

For instance, perhaps as a child you where told you will amount to nothing. Believing someone else’s opinion can jeopardize your success in life.

On the other hand, right thinking is based on truth. The truth is God did not make junk. You are an important person. Accepting this truth will put you on the right path and you will literally act out the new you.

Our success and struggle in life depends on how we think. Life begins in our mind and with our thought patterns. Believing in the truth will indeed set one free.

Believing the truth means not blaming someone or something outside of ourselves. It means accepting oneself in a new way.

What and how we think is so important in the Network Marketing business. Having a correct thought process is the beginning formula for big success.

The starting point of making permanent changes in your belief system begins with asking yourself what you believe and why you believe what you do. Take a good look at your own belief system.

Being on a mental cleanse will help you go beyond positive or negaitive thinking to right thinking.

It's all about choices. You can make choices and change your wrong thinking to right thinking. And when your deepest inner belief is correct your mind will filter out information. Then your mind can take the ideas and turn them into real results.

Everyone loves a good story. Stories can teach us about some aspect of life. A compelling story about Network Marketing can not only engage a prospect but also can clarify concepts that otherwise would be too sensitive. Stories are a safe way to talk about wants, fears and desires.

Stories Create Curiosity

Using stories to create curiosity with a prospect will keep them on the edge of their chair. The right story can speak directly to their heart. Keeping the interest of the prospect tied to you, allows them to share their thoughts. For an example, let’s say you would like to share the idea of time-freedom with a prospect. You could start off by sharing your dream, ‘Well, one of my dreams was to wake up in the morning without an alarm clock. I know that a lot of people hate to wake up to an alarm clock, and every morning I used to wake up to an alarm clock. I'd roll over and hit the snooze button just for an extra 10 minutes of sleep. Then I’d get up and turn it off. And now, I still get up early sometimes, but I don't use an alarm clock. Instead, my eyes just open up! That's the way to wake up, when your eyes just pop open. And I don't know what some of your dreams are?’ I’ve shared my story with them and now I’m asking about their dreams.

Facts Tell but Stories Sell

You have heard that ‘facts tell but stories sell.’ Stories help convince and ground those facts. That’s why testimonials work.

Stories are Shortcuts that Speak to our Emotions

We are wired to respond to stories. A lot of times we can relate to a character or the subject in the story. Stories can be used to get a point a cross without being confrontational. For an example, let’s say you would like to explain the law of cause and effect and how sometimes this can produce a result that causes a bigger problem. You could talk about the old cartoon with Porky Pig having trouble sleeping because of a squeak and informs the Bell Man, Daffy Duck to do something about the noise. Daffy goes out and gets a cat to chase the source of the squeak, a mouse, out of the room and receives a tip. The cat then starts to meow. Porky complains. Daffy gets a dog to chase the cat away and receives a tip. The dog then begins to bark. Porky complains. Daffy gets a lion to scare away the dog away and receives a tip. The lion begins to roar. Porky complains. Daffy gets an elephant to chase the lion away and receives a tip. The elephant begins to trumpet. Porky complains. Daffy gets a mouse to frighten the elephant away. And now Porky has the squeak from the mouse.

Everyone has a Story. What’s Yours?

Think about your own dream and how you can use it to tell a story. Regardless of who you are, everyone wants equality, freedom, worth and love. Network Marketing is about creating new possibilities for people’s lives.

Network Marketing involves building relationships with people. It’s about partnering with others to help them realize their dream. Stories can help paint pictures and spread those ideas. People remember stories. Maybe the only thing you will recall from this article will be the story of Porky Pig and Daffy Duck!

Self-Talk in Network Marketing is a powerful tool you can use to go from where you are now to where you want to be.

What do you tell yourself everyday?

Having negative thoughts can stop you from living your dream. Being negative can drain a great deal of your energy. Imagine that you had an 'invisible friend' that went around with you all day, every day, and was constantly whispering negative comments in your ear! How would you feel by the end of the day? What kind of friend would he be?

As human beings we record thoughts and emotions. Every emotional thought leaves a recording in our brain. What is so interesting is, we do not record what is happening but rather what we think is happening.

It takes a mass of thoughts to develop our self-image. Other people can influence how we feel about ourselves but it does not become part of who we are until we accept it as our own belief.

What is your opinion of yourself?

Every statement you make to yourself has an effect on your mind, so be careful what you say. Words are powerful. If you choose, you can change the opinion of yourself. You can use self-talk and create the new image you desire.

So what is it that you want?

If you cannot describe it, you cannot get it.

Start by knowing where you want to go and begin to talk to yourself about it. In your mind, paint a picture of what you want. Use all of your senses… see, hear, feel, taste and touch it. Does it evoke an emotional response?

Pay attention to what you think. You do not have to react to negative thoughts your mind may presents to you. You may do what you have always done or choose to do something different. Take note: it takes about twenty positive statements about oneself to counter-act even one personal negative statement.

As you move toward your painted picture, keep your mind on what you want and not on what you do not want. Going though a mental cleanse will be beneficial. This means turn off the television, radio and stop listening to the news for a while. Instead spend time with an inspiring book daily, such as the Bible. It is filled with many wonderful promises and it is a wise teacher. One favorite verse of mine is 'commit our ways to the Lord, trusting in Him and He will bring it to pass.' We are not totally self-sufficient. Without God, we can do nothing.

Snapping out of negativity

Creating a mental picture, self-talk, that evokes emotion will produce a mighty conviction and that belief is a powerful force. When your feelings are positive and productive, actions will follow. The way you manage yourself in what you choose to think will determine the success in your life.

Tapping into inspiration and determination coupled with skills will aid you to achieve your desire in life. And clearing your mind of negativity will start you on the road to your dream.

Your mind can only hold one thought at a time, so make it a quality thought.

They tell you not to worry. Just go through the numbers, buy more leads. Just keep recruiting.
It’s all about the numbers. Talk to everyone about your business opportunity. Get them in on your deal.

Let me ask you to look at your family. What number is your husband or wife? What number are your children? What number is your Mother? Are they not people? How would you like to treat them, like a person of or as a number? People are persons. A prospect is a human being and has dreams just like you. They have feelings and have experienced life you cannot imagine!

Some Network Marketers will say just go out there and get 100 no’s. The more no’s you get the closer you are to a yes. Why they say for every 99 no’s you are bound to get one yes. Let me ask you if one no hurts, why do you want to experience 99 more? And by the way, what kind of energy do you think you produce when you receive no, positive or negative? Rejection hurts.

The scheme behind the numbers game is as follows. The Network Marketer gets a prospect on the sizzle call and starts putting pressure on them. The Network Marketer will say ‘which credit card do you want to put it on?’ or ‘you have to make a decision today’ or ‘this deal is only good for today.’ That’s when the prospect speaks in code. They will say something like ‘I have to think it over’ or ‘I have to talk with my spouse.’ What the prospect is really saying ‘I don’t want your deal. Get out of my face.’ Then the prospect hides from the Network Marketer and refuse to return their calls. All the while they are thinking, “They never wanted to know me before, and now all of a sudden they want to be my best friend."

Network Marketing is a relationship business

Network Marketing is not a sales business. Statistics show 92% of the population hate pushy aggressive salespeople! People join people. They do not join companies. People do not care if the president of your company drives a Mercedes or how many children they have. Instead Network Marketing is a teaching and mentoring business. Our product is people. So study people. Build people. People will build the business. When you build people, your retention rate goes through the roof.

A Network Marketer who sponsors a person will know their WHY, their dreams, their goals, spouse’s name or children’s names. A keen network marketer will take the time to see what is important to their sponsor and what they want to change and improve in their life. Making their dream a priority in your initial conversation will surprise you at their response to your interest in helping them achieve their Dreams.

Therefore help people, build a relationship with them, care about them, protect their best interests and desire a conversation of quality with them. Be a servant with a mentor’s heart.

When someone asks you what you do for a living, what do you say? Do you stumbling to find the right words? An ideal response, a 30-second commercial, when used correctly can be a wonderful tool for Network Marketers.

What is a 30 second commercial?

The 30-second commercial is a concise, carefully planned, and well-practiced description about your product or service that an eleven year old child can understand. It is not a sales pitch. It flows smoothly and easily from your lips to your prospects ears.

How to develop a 30 sec commercial?

1. To start your elevator speech, have a clear cut objective in your mind. To find your objective ask the question ‘what do I want to achieve?’

2. Get to know your listener. Know as many facts as possible about your prospect. What are their likes and dislikes? Use the color technology to identify their personality.

3. Get to know what your prospect is going to want from you. Put yourself in their shoes and become the prospect. Think like your prospect. Make a list of what you would want to hear. When composing your speech keep in mind people are always more interested in how you can help them. Think in terms of benefits.

4. Ask yourself, what is the one thing above all others that will give me a favorable reaction? It should be easy, simple and un complicated. It should cover the heart of the matter and be something you can comfortable build a case around.

5. Create curiosity. What is the most unusual part of your subject? Now reduce it to a sentence. Is it catchy? Is it attractive? Does it cause people to remember you? Is it compelling?

6. Add humor but be careful you do not offend someone. The best humor is often based on your own personal experience.

7. Decide if the 30 sec commercial is better served as a statement or a question. Which captivates the most attention?

8. Be friendly, warm, confident and project passion. A smile is often the best way to show friendliness and enthusiasm, while a strong, firm voice the best way to express confidence.

Besides knowing the 5 pillars of a Network Marketing company and understanding the color technology, having an effective 30 sec commercial is worth its weight in gold. An intriguing 30 second commercial will engage the listener, prompt him or her to ask questions, and keep the conversation going. You will become a walking, talking, attracting machine.

How do you present your Network Marketing business to a prospect?

Does it take you 45 minutes to complete the presentation? Do you find you need to close them and overcome objections? Are you successful? Does your new affiliate stay in the business or do you have to close them every month? Are you UNcomfortable with this approach? If so, read on.

Guess what?

Your prospect ONLY wants 3 questions answered.

1) How much can I earn?
2) What business are you in?
3) What do I need to do to earn it?

Let’s say you are having lunch with a prospect. They complain how expensive things are or how they wish they could own that shinny new SUV parked outside the café widow.

You say, "I just found out how to get an extra paycheck every month that could pay for the monthly car payments. If you would ever like to know how, I would be glad to tell you, meanwhile pass the chips."

If they are interested they would say something like. "Oh really, what’s that all about?"

Here’s what you can say.

‘I can tell you but it will take a whole minute. When can you set aside a entire minute?’

Everyone will usually say “Right now, please”

You say, "If you would like to earn $500 a month extra, there are three things you must do.

1. Don’t change. Be yourself. Continue to promote and recommend the things you like as you are already doing, such as the movies, restaurants and music and other products you enjoy. That's pretty easy, right?

2. I’m in the wellness industry. You know how people take Vitamins and have 8 or 9 different bottles they have to open. We have the entire Vitamins needed for the day packaged together. People who take them experience more energy.

3. In order for you to earn $500 per month all you have to do is find 12 good users that want to enhance their health just like you.’

How to close

Simply say...... "So what do you think? Now it’s up to you.’"

Conclusion

Let your prospect know they already do Network Marketing everyday! They already recommend and promote what they like. It’s human nature. They will be thinking, ‘hum I’m already Network Marketing. I can either pick up a check or continue doing it for free’.

Keep the presentation simple. In fact, avoid a lot of details. It can confuse your prospect out of making a decision. If your prospect is interested he will ask for more. Remember, you are not responsible for their decision.

How well do you communicate?

Communications experts tell us that only 10% of our communications is represented by what we say, 30% is represented by our sounds and 60% by our body language.

Communication is about our body language and facial expressions, how well we listen, respecting the opinion of others and knowing when to stop talking to let others speak.

What does it mean to really listen?

Real listening is an active process that involves hearing, understanding and judging.
A good listener is not just a silent receptacle but is also one who is passively receiving the thoughts and feelings of others.

Did you know that thoughts move about four times as fast as your speech? To listen effectively requires that you maintain a considerable amount of self-control and concentration. This is special important for our Blue friends who want to tell us all their thoughts at once and in no particular order. Bless their hearts.

How often do you have to ask someone to repeat him or herself because you could not remember a point they had made earlier in the conversation?

Was there noise and verbal clutter in your mind?

Good listening requires the temporary suspension of all unrelated thoughts. In order to become an effective listener, you have to learn to manage what goes on in your own mind. Give your full attention on the person who is speaking. Make sure your mind is focused. Let the person finish before you begin to talk. Listen not only to the words but to the speakers tone and feelings.

Let’s say you are talking to a prospect and your prospect tells you "I'm just not interested." What do you say? I have heard some Network Marketers respond to people’s objection with what they call a ‘million dollar comeback’. It sounds something like this, “If I could show you a way to ….. would you be interested?” Are they really listening to what the prospect is saying? When someone says NO they mean NO. Everyone has a right to their own opinion and decision.

Instead communicate with no agenda. Don’t try to get them in your deal. Listen to understand their needs. Real listening will help you identify if they want help. They may not want help!

Want to know what a No sounds like?

Let’s say you are promoting health products. You are in conversation with a person who is complaining about health issues. Ask them, "have you ever considered doing something about it?" A No might sound like this:
“Well, I’m under Doctor’s care …”
or
“Maybe.”
or
“If I take this product and get better, I won’t have anything to complain about. My husband won’t love me and my kids won’t talk to me anymore.”

Your prospect has just told you they are not interested. Your prospect may need your product but they do not want it. Let them be. Do you want to become the pushy-aggressive sale person everyone run from? Save yourself from rejection. Be polite and courteous.

It has been said, people don’t care how much you know until they see how much you care.
Real listening involves caring for people. Listening is a precious gift. It builds friendships and ensures understanding. Having real listening skills is extremely valuable and often determines your level of success in n Network Marketing.

Fear is one of our basic emotions. It’s an unpleasant feeling of perceived risk or danger, real or imagined. Fear also can be described as a feeling of extreme dislike. Fear of public speaking is common. Let us now talk about how you feel giving a presentation in front potential business partners or product users.

Do you fear something awful, terrible, or publicly humiliating will happen? They almost never occur and even when they do, you can often use it to your advantage. Using humor can be very useful and it is well appreciated by many.

Does your audience expect perfection?

No. They want you to succeed. If you get nervous when you stand up to speak in front of a group ask your audience forgiveness. Be real and honest. Be yourself. Connect with your audience by sharing your own human mistakes and stories.

What if someone disapproves of you are or disagrees what you are saying. It’s Okay. Everyone has a right to their own opinions, judgments and values. You do not have control of their beliefs. You cannot please everyone.

What is the audience looking for?

All they want is two or three key points that will make a difference to them. They want to know how this information will benefit them. Prepared your thoughts and material, arrange for audio-visual aids as necessary and be responsible for the laid out of the room.

So remember, give your audience something of value. When you are talking to people, imagine handing out $100 bills worth of information to them. A few individuals in the group may reject the gift and many will be forever grateful. Speak with the purpose in mind to give or contribute rather than get. Tell them what you are going to tell them and then tell them. Lastly summarize by telling them what you told them. Always remember synopsis, substance and summary. You cannot control the behavior of your audience but you change your own attitude.

What is leadership as it relates to Network Marketing?

Leadership is a process by which a leader influences people to convert their purpose or dream (their why) into reality with and through their cooperation that they would not have accomplished on their own. Leaders carry out this process by applying their leadership attributes, such as beliefs, values, ethics, character, knowledge and skills. A network marketing leader touches people before they can ever change their life. They touch them emotionally, and in the heart. A leader has a servant’s heart and is there to help take people to a whole new level.

What does a Leader look like?

Leaders show an air of simple elegance and refinement in attitude and form. They appear physically, emotionally and spiritually strong, yet they seem to have even greater strength in reserve. They are poised, coordinated and balanced. Their command is effortless, assured and confident. They are calm and alert. They look and feel good. They keep their heads up, shoulders back and eyes forward. They breathe deeply filling their belly with air slowly and more fully with each breath. Their muscles are relaxed and most physical movements are loose, light, fluid, agile and flexible. They speak with a soft voice in a thoughtful manner, rarely interrupt and are brief and to the point. There is power in their voice and words. They walk with a purpose yet are not rushed. They have a firm handshake. Their eyes are friendly, their demeanor is respectful and their smile begins in their mind. They exhibit both style and class.

Who can become a leader?

Good leaders are made not born. If you have the desire and willpower, you can become an effective leader. Good leaders develop through a never ending process of self-study, education, training, and experience. Leaders are not people with exceptional talent; they are people who have learned from their mistakes and get up and try again. A leader works hard. Leaders do not grow in a comfort zone.

How to become a Network Marketing leader that will ensure your success?

*Leaders are readers.
Read quality books, books that motivate and inspire you. Set aside at least 15 minutes daily for quiet time. Think of it as a gift you give yourself.

*Know yourself and seek self-improvement.
Address your limitations. Losers make promises but leaders make it happen.

* Learn effective communication skills.
Speak with and not at people. Learn to use people’s names. Be an active listener. Look at the person who is talking. Do not interrupt or fidget. Be aware of their body language. Sometimes just be silent. Think twice and speak once.

* Ask questions and observe.
Questions are stepping-stones to self-improvement. Remember, the only meaningless question is the one not asked.

*Study people.
Learn their different personalities, listen for their hot spots. Observe how others express themselves.

*Learn from past experience.
View mistakes as opportunities to grow.

*Join a Mastermind group.

*Learn marketing skills.

* Develop secretary skills, stay organized

* Leaders make an unwavering decision to go to the top.

*Leaders help others identify and develop their strengths. They will be quick to praise and slow to criticize.

*Leaders seek new experiences and adventures. They are open to new ideas for a seemingly small idea is often the nidus of a bigger reality.

*Leaders are persistent, they are willing to stand alone and are prepared to confront resistance. They take reasonability for themselves. They bounce back from disappointments and adapt to change.

* Leaders step forward when most others gladly step back. Why? Because they know that courage grows with action. Fear is learned and must be unlearned. Without fear, there can be no courage. Fear provides the opportunity to grow.

*Leaders are problem solvers. They face the difficulties and deal with them by making wise decisions.

*Leaders give books as presents. A good book is one of the greatest gifts to inspire someone.

Overcoming Obstacles in Network Marketing

Are you facing giants?

Giants have many faces and are unique to you.

They may be a lack of resources. You may not have the finances, connections, training or opportunities you need.

It may be an opposing individual, perhaps a significant other that actively works against you. It’s not easy to stand up against those we love and care about.

It may be intimidating circumstance. This is a situation that is beyond your control. For an example, you think you are too young or too old. Perhaps you stutter.

It may be that you out of your comfort zone. You have never done Network Marketing before. This is new adventure which requires different skills than your other occupation.

Perhaps you are encountering a series of unexpected trails, delays or setbacks and disappointment has set in.

The biggest obstacle of all is unbelief. Unbelief is much more dangerous to you than any other giant. The struggle is with yourself … your own self- talk and your own set of beliefs.

Why do we have to face giants?

Giants are there as primary growing opportunities. The experience may be painful but it’s the result of the experience that counts. The experience has happened for an important reason: to reshape you from the inside out… think of it as training for Greatness. It is an invaluable season of preparation. Don’t buy into the lie ‘it’s too hard’ or ‘it takes too long’ or ‘it’s not possible’.

People fall asleep when we say “phlegmatic, sanguine, melancholy and choleric”. But we understand colors. So a Phlegmatic personality is yellow, Sanguine is blue, Melancholy is green and Choleric is red.

“THE YELLOW” Who are they?

They are the introvert, shy relaxed person who is content and kind. They are peaceful, gentle, friendly and are a good listener. They live a consistent life, care about people and are supportive of others. Because of their calm, easy going and low key personality they can function quite well in a hostile social setting. Nothing “ruffles their feathers.” They are calm, cool and collected. Yellows make up 35% of population. They are nurtures and give from their heart. They don’t have time for themselves, because they give to everybody!

How to talk to a YELLOW.
Become a yellow. Slow the pace. Contain your excitement. Lower the volume. Yellow see excitement as hype, you trying to sell them. Don’t tell a Yellow about making $10,000 a month, because they’ll turn right off. Yellows don’t want to be sold. They don’t like pushy, aggressive salespeople. Instead, visit with them. Skip the business. Talk about their family, their kids, their vacation. The yellow are slow in making decisions and perhaps overcautious in minor matters.
